Awful customer service. They don’t provide a phone number for direct contact, and their website claims they usually respond to emails within 24 hours. It’s been over a week, and I've emailed them three times without a reply. I will never shop here again. The shoes fit very small, and getting an exchange is a nightmare. Terrible.
