If you want a lot of inconvenience, serious incompetence and poor team quality who doesn't care about your purchase, I dare you buy their products. ⚠️Poor customer service 0.1/10 Scenario: Someone placed an order for me by accident, I was able to reach team Kaitsuko 2 hours after the placing of the order and they said they can't cancel it since it is already in process.Order has been returned to them since 27 Nov 2025. I did even pay for the shipping thru Chronopost since it is one of their rules. Now, 13 January 2026, 1 month and a half of contacting them, showing my disappointment, waiting for the reimbursement and still NOTHING.It's like I am not even talking to a team in France! What a shame. Really. This is my first customer service where I waited for more than a week for reimbursement. 6 weeks of returned order and still no reimbursement. They are SO FAST in processing the order but reimbursement? Do they even know that word?I am still waiting in vain for my reimbursement.They don't even care. AT. ALL. I already contacted the 3rd party where I pay and even they can't get a response from them. I dare you buy their knives.⚠️HECK. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
