Extremely manipulative company!! Return Policy and customer service are disgusting and showcase extreme levels of gaslighting and lack professionalism, especially for a company that ships internationally. Firstly $49 for return is unreasonable, even if you return within the short timeframe mentioned in their return policy. For a company that ships worldwide, how does it sustain its customers with these insane shipping charges for returns? Secondly, there is an insane amount of shipping time. I ordered two items. They gave me an estimated time for the order, which was more than 40 days, and then mentioned that they no longer can ship that product in between. Most importantly, the other order smelled like tons of rubber (had a horrible smell), and the style did not fit me, so I returned paying that $49, which is again not my fault. If you send me a product like that, I don't understand why am I forced to keep it even if I don't like it. It takes 25-30 days to return, and there was absolutely no communication about my refunds for a long time. When I got frustrated and confronted them about my refund status, they began gaslighting me, saying the product was damaged in multiple places, which is totally untrue and was never communicated before. And upon continuous confrontation when I mentioned that I will decline the payment, they decided to return me back the product. My question is- Why should I be forced to keep their product when I didn't like it and why will be refund not processed?
