First time i placed an order from kalki fashion and i made some mistakes during checkout but there support team respond very quickly. special thanks to Neha, she is very supportive .
This Product is very beautiful but I am rating low because the return refund process which is pending for another product of mine this return refund process of Kalki is very hectic and delayed one!!!!! Till now support team is telling me to wait next days for pickup and the product is not yet picked!!!!!! Am I a fool or your servant to get this type of treatment??!!! I will have to wait daysssss for pickup then again dayssss to wait for refund !!!!! It is better to buy from myntra they provide hassel free instant return and refund!!!!! The support team even does not bother about customers emotion they act like robots and shameless and emotionless repeatedly saying to wait again again !!!!! I already got frustrated because of multiple pickup failures even after contacting u guys And now no slots for pickup I don’t understand how long it will take for a simple return and refund process!!!! Seriously done with Kalki Fashion!!!! This time

Very disappointing experience. I received a suit that clearly had no quality check done — it looked worn out and used. When I raised the issue, I was made to wait endlessly for a review, even though the mistake was entirely on their end.
They kept saying they would “update in 2–3 days,” but never followed up unless I messaged them again. I received the exact same response at least five times. It has now been 12 days since I initiated the complaint, and I still don’t know what they’re doing with it.
What bothered me the most is being made to wait and chase them repeatedly for an issue they caused. Very poor communication and customer service. I would strongly suggest others think twice before ordering from here
I purchased four outfits from Kalki Fashion expecting premium quality, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying a high price, the dresses look very cheap and low-grade, with poor stitching, loose threads, and unfinished detailing. The fitting was also inaccurate even after providing precise measurements, which was very frustrating.
What is even more unreasonable is their policy requiring customers to report quality issues within 15 days. Occasion outfits are not always worn immediately, and it is unrealistic to expect customers to wear multiple expensive outfits within such a short window. When I finally wore one of the dresses later, the stitching had already started coming apart, making the outfit look poorly made.
Customer service was unprofessional and unwilling to offer any repair, refund, or store credit, despite the clear quality issues. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this brand, as the quality does not match the premium pricing.
It's an Amazing experience with kalki, I mistakenly place wrong size order.. Vikas helped me. To fix that issue.. Out of the way... End of the day... I finally got the product before the event day... .. All over thank you Kalki fashion for made my day😊
Extremely manipulative company!! Return Policy and customer service are disgusting and showcase extreme levels of gaslighting and lack professionalism, especially for a company that ships internationally. Firstly $49 for return is unreasonable, even if you return within the short timeframe mentioned in their return policy. For a company that ships worldwide, how does it sustain its customers with these insane shipping charges for returns? Secondly, there is an insane amount of shipping time. I ordered two items. They gave me an estimated time for the order, which was more than 40 days, and then mentioned that they no longer can ship that product in between. Most importantly, the other order smelled like tons of rubber (had a horrible smell), and the style did not fit me, so I returned paying that $49, which is again not my fault. If you send me a product like that, I don't understand why am I forced to keep it even if I don't like it. It takes 25-30 days to return, and there was absolutely no communication about my refunds for a long time. When I got frustrated and confronted them about my refund status, they began gaslighting me, saying the product was damaged in multiple places, which is totally untrue and was never communicated before. And upon continuous confrontation when I mentioned that I will decline the payment, they decided to return me back the product. My question is- Why should I be forced to keep their product when I didn't like it and why will be refund not processed?
The overall experience was fantastic, with the site and product meeting my expectations, especially due to the assistance I received from a knowledgeable expert. The representative was understanding and valued the customer relationship with a positive attitude. The only downside was the delivery time, but overall, it was great! 👍
