My rating is on overall impression on the introductory call with Amy and the kind of information provided by Kalkine through various reports and daily recommendations. Amy is very professional and was able to answer all my queries with clarity and quality of content.
After my initial complaint, which you can read here, I was contacted by a senior customer service manager who assured me that my case would finally be handled properly. I was given a clear agreement: either a new strategy would recover my losses, or I would be refunded for the services that had not been delivered as promised. Unfortunately, the second attempt resulted in further losses.Only after this second failure was I issued a partial refund, which implicitly acknowledged that the service had not been delivered as represented. I was then assured that the remaining balance would be addressed. Since then, communication has stopped again. My follow-ups regarding the outstanding refund have gone unanswered. The problem is not only poor investment advice, but a pattern of assurances, repeated failure, partial remediation, and eventual disengagement once further accountability is required. I trusted this company with significant family savings. I accept responsibility for my decision, but people deserve to know what the full experience looks like before committing their money. This is my honest experience.
