This credit card service is the worst I've ever encountered. It ruined my vacations in the US on two occasions this year. I plan to cancel my account upon returning home and will share my terrible experience widely! No one should have to endure such poor service. Forget about it—there's no app, no proper online support, and no email. Just write a letter and hope the post office is open. This is the epitome of outdated bureaucracy! I can't believe they ask me to send physical letters while living abroad. It's an utter waste of resources and time!
