The service made a mistake in notifying the bank about the account owner's passing. When someone dies, the proper steps should be to first 1) withdraw the funds using the card, 2) attempt to transfer the money to your own account. Only after these actions should the bank be informed of the death, assuming you have the right to inherit as a family member.

The Worst Credit Card Service Ever!

This credit card service is the worst I've ever encountered. It ruined my vacations in the US on two occasions this year. I plan to cancel my account upon returning home and will share my terrible experience widely! No one should have to endure such poor service. They claim to protect clients but block all my payments when I need them most while abroad. It's the most unreliable credit card I've ever used!

This gives them extra time to use your funds for their gain, while customers needing urgent access end up facing late fees or debt collection.

An Outdated Banking Experience

⭐☆☆☆☆ This bank feels like a relic from the past. In 2025, they still handle simple account issues through physical mail, as if it's 1825. Want to resolve a basic issue or unblock your account? Forget about it—there's no app, no proper online support, and no email. Just write a letter and hope the post office is open. This is the epitome of outdated bureaucracy! I can't believe they ask me to send physical letters while living abroad. It's an utter waste of resources and time!
