I ordered a beanie with a pompom - the pompom is so heavy and seems attached to the beanie rather flimsily, it’s almost certainly going to fall off or cause a tear in the beanie pretty soon. So I messaged the customer service about returning it without paying for the shipping (because it’s a quality issue, why should I pay for it). Two weeks and three emails later, zero reply. I’m very disappointed. The beanie is cute, but the overall quality simply doesn't match the price (not just the pompom - the material and the colour too). It’s yet another example of a company with good marketing but little to show for it. Don’t recommend shopping here.
