I purchased bikini bottoms from Kalk in size M. After receiving the item, I requested to return it in accordance with the return conditions stated on their website. Their published policy does not exclude bikini bottoms from returns. However, the seller replied stating that bikini bottoms are non-returnable for hygiene reasons and refused both return and exchange. This exclusion is not clearly stated in their return policy. I relied on the terms presented on their website at the time of purchase.I attempted to resolve the matter amicably. I even proposed a compromise solution, but the seller has stopped responding entirely.
Terrible costumer service. The package got never delivered because apparently the adress was wrong. After sending the adress they still couldn’t deliver. Got an email back from them with three options. I choose refund. 4 mails later, still no reply or refund. Absolutely disappointing!!!!
I ordered a beanie with a pompom - the pompom is so heavy and seems attached to the beanie rather flimsily, it’s almost certainly going to fall off or cause a tear in the beanie pretty soon. So I messaged the customer service about returning it without paying for the shipping (because it’s a quality issue, why should I pay for it). Two weeks and three emails later, zero reply. I’m very disappointed. The beanie is cute, but the overall quality simply doesn't match the price (not just the pompom - the material and the colour too). It’s yet another example of a company with good marketing but little to show for it. Don’t recommend shopping here.
