This online store raises significant concerns; I advise against placing orders here. I purchased a camera with accessories over a month ago and have yet to receive any shipping updates. I've contacted the support team three times—twice for updates and once to cancel and request a refund—but all I received were vague responses indicating they are "investigating," with no further communication from them. It seems one of the items in my order is out of stock, suggesting they prefer to wait until it’s available instead of notifying customers and addressing their issues. I will not shop here again and will warn others to steer clear.
