Terrible store and service, i wait for 20+ mins just to make a quick purchase, people who just entered the store and draw a number somehow get help right away, racist bunch
This online store operates in a questionable manner; I strongly advise against making purchases here. I placed an order for a camera with accessories over a month ago, and I still haven't received any shipping updates. I've reached out to the support team three times—twice for updates and once to request cancellation and a refund—but only received vague responses indicating they are "investigating," with no follow-up on my inquiries. It seems that one of the items in my order is now out of stock, leading me to believe they prefer to wait until it's available again rather than properly notifying customers and addressing their concerns. Regardless, I will not be ordering from them again and will actively discourage others from doing so.
Regrettably, my experience was unfavorable due to the complete absence of customer support. I attempted multiple times to reach out to the company for updates on my order, but received no replies. I ordered the item in August, and it only arrived in late November. Because of the substantial delay and lack of communication, I sought a refund through a payment service, which was processed correctly. Later, the company sent me a payment reminder, but I chose to pay out of honesty once the product was delivered, despite being informed I wasn’t obligated to do so. The unresponsiveness of customer support is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again. I strongly suggest improving customer service and ensuring that communication channels are effective.
I frequently visit the local store and always receive excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable and provides great advice, helping me find what I need. I successfully sold and purchased new lenses, receiving a fair quote for the ones I sold. Additionally, I was allowed to test the lens I bought, which was a great touch.
