Regrettably, my experience was unfavorable due to the complete absence of customer support. I attempted multiple times to reach out to the company for updates on my order, but received no replies. I ordered the item in August, and it only arrived in late November. Because of the substantial delay and lack of communication, I sought a refund through a payment service, which was processed correctly. Later, the company sent me a payment reminder, but I chose to pay out of honesty once the product was delivered, despite being informed I wasn’t obligated to do so. The unresponsiveness of customer support is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again. I strongly suggest improving customer service and ensuring that communication channels are effective.
