I usually don't write reviews, but I strongly advise against using this camera if you want to use their cloud feature. The main reason is that their cloud provider (KAMI) operates like a scam. They make it difficult to unsubscribe, forcing you to pay for services you no longer need. The only way to unsubscribe is by sending an email, and they bombard you with questions before eventually ignoring you. This has happened to me multiple times, and I’ve spent hours over the phone just trying to terminate my subscription ss my emails were eventually ignored. This has been going on for months! Avoid this if you want a stress-free experience and the ability to unsubscribe easily through the app. It feels like they do this on purpose, making it so frustrating that you end up paying them every month. What they’re doing should be illegal!
