Kami Cloud is YI Cam's cloud provider. I signed up for a free 7 day trial. To do so I had to provide my payment details. Now I am unable to cancel my subscription. The cancel subscription button in my account responds I will receive an email from Kami support within 2 days - and "Your subscription will NOT be cancelled unless you reply to this email." This is not serious. AVOID!Update. 3 days later. I've been forced to cancel my credit card to avoid auto renewal. Still no response from support. This is truly a scam.
