At first, I appreciated being able to replace two tires on a rainy Sunday afternoon. I was given a lift to and from the location while the work was completed. They suggested a tracking adjustment, which I accepted, and mentioned a lambda sensor issue I was not aware of. I agreed to the repair, though the diagnosis cost was steep. I was surprised by the quick turnaround without needing a new part. However, issues arose while driving north on the motorway; the car was pulling to the right, and the Pilot Assist system struggled. After checking the tyre pressures, I discovered a significant discrepancy: 40 psi on one side and 28 psi on the other! After correcting the pressures, the car performed normally. After spending nearly £600, I expected at least a basic check of the tyre pressures. I feel fortunate that the motorway was dry during my drive today! Very disappointing.
