Just returned from Kilimanjaro via the Machame Route. What an experience! The booking team was excellent, providing plenty of information before departure. The team on the ground was exceptional. Reflecting on the service we received, it’s hard to imagine how they could improve. The lead guide was incredible—firm yet accommodating. From Day 1, our safety and health were prioritized. The entire team, including porters, was friendly and contributed to a massive effort to get our group to the summit. The cook was a legend; the food was sensational, surpassing anything I've had in the Alps. If you're considering Kilimanjaro and want to ease concerns about food and safety, choose Kandoo.
