The team has been absolutely outstanding. I couldn't fault the service we received before, during, and when one of our group needed medical assistance. The guides and porters were amazing. The food during the trek exceeded all expectations. The guides were knowledgeable, and we learned so much. What stood out was how they cared for my sister after her fall. They helped her down safely and arranged for medical attention. I truly couldn't fault anything about the team and the trip. It was a fantastic and challenging trek, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The entire team, including porters, was friendly and contributed to a massive effort to get our group to the summit.
