I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less. No support from Kandypens when Miva 2 started breaking 7 days after purchase (with other breakages at different times since then). Kandypens refuses to refund me for their defective product. My options are to have the same product replaced (no value as other arrangements made and no longer needed as have been 21 days or so without a unit at this point) or was offered a trade for a different model of a Kandypens vapes that costs $20 less, and Kandypens proposes nothing for the money I would be losing! I chose Kandypens due to positive reviews, but my experience has been frustrating and I will not purchase any of their products again. I also question those wonderful customer support reviews I read, unsure actually from customers with verifiable purchases, because my experience does not fit at all with what I read before my purchase). I'm left with the impression that customers don't matter to Kandypens in the long run, and nothing has been provided to me to persuade me otherwise. Please consider not purchasing from Kandypens as there are other companies who will stand behind their product; however, Kandypens is not one of those companies.I rarely give reviews; the service has to be excellent or pretty bad before I take this step. I prefer to keep my digital footprint almost nonexistent, and chose to make my experience public, at the cost of my anonymity, so someone else may be able to avoid the same thing happening to them.
