Kangaroo Rewards DOES NOT WORK WITH HEARTLAND POS. Be VERY CAREFUL! Product misrepresentation and fraud is how they run their business. Our furniture company has Heartland POS as it's software. As stated on Kangaroo Rewards website, they are clearly stating that this rewards software fully integrates with their platform. This is FAR from the truth. I have been working with the owner Jessica Hiscock. Once I had proven that the interface was not bringing all sales/returns over to our financial software she ended up not responding to any of my emails. They KNOW this is a problem but yet continue to sell to Heartland POS users.
