*Do not trust other reviews about Kangaroo Rewards...Trustpilot is the one. Be VERY CAREFUL with these fraudsters at this company. If you have Heartland Retail POS DO NOT USE THIS! It does not properly integrate with Heartland. I was working with Jessica Hiscock the developer (useless individual) and she did nothing to fix our problems. Now, she will not even answer my emails and we have paid $2,100 for this crappy software. Their sales tactics are aggressive,as they will offer an immediate discount to quickly sign contract. That is already cheesy and deceptive business practices. Kangaroo Loyalty software does not correctly post the rewards properly! If there is a return this return has to be manually adjusted by Kangaroo! It is a compelete joke!! My favorite is when you try to contact them and you get a third world H1B call center. So sick of this crap. Get this FINANCIALLY DAMAGING product off the market as you are deceptively advertising that it integrates with Heartland POS when is CLEARLY DOES NOT. Go buy some ethics and quit lying to your customers.
I recently received a call from Kangaroo Rewards, and was told by my receptionist that the caller insisted I had reached out to them—which is completely untrue. I never contacted this company. This kind of misrepresentation is not only dishonest but also incredibly off-putting. If your business relies on deceptive tactics just to get past a receptionist, it says a lot about your ethics. Based on this experience alone, I would not consider working with Kangaroo Rewards and cannot recommend them to others.
