We placed an order on 12/13, expected to arrive by 12/21. When it hadn’t shipped by 12/20, customer service assured us it had shipped, but it hadn't. It was only shipped on 12/21, and due to holiday delays, it arrived on 12/27. The dry ice was gone, and the meat was questionable. The worst part was customer service misrepresented the shipping status.
