Initially I received good service from this local business. However, on the advice of the staff I paid a premium price for a divan base, only for it to break within 10 months. I have been told by staff that the damage was deliberate. I stated several times, this is not possible and explained why. Staff have refused to listen to me and still insist this is deliberate damage. The staff member who came to my house to inspect the bed spoke to me in a condescending manner and quite frankly was not customer focused at all. Everything was fine when taking my money, but absolutely no help when things went wrong. I would not recommend this shop.
