I’m currently studying a CIMA course with Kaplan and my experience so far has been very positive. The enrolment process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to Nathan from Student Services who was extremely helpful in getting me booked onto the right classes and answering all my questions clearly.
Jenni, my Kaplan coordinator, has also been very supportive and responsive, making sure I have the information I need and helping everything run smoothly.
Overall, I’ve found Kaplan to be organised, professional, and supportive throughout my CIMA journey so far. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering studying CIMA.
Errors in the study materials provided. Took time to advise Kaplan of this over 2 months ago, but not yet amended in the errata information. When studying as an apprentice, you are told it is about being "creative" with your wording in order to gain government funding. Also advised that "no one will check" when I complete my 20% OJH, so if I do it in my own time and just click in paid hours, this will be ok. Completely defeats the point of an apprenticeship, AND ENCOURAGES YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD. I have additional needs for exams and more often than not have to remind Kaplan of the accommodations that they have agreed to when I turn up at the exam centre, as there is always something missed. Wish my company would support me with an alternate learning provider. Absolute rubbish.

I've never had issue with getting my study materials before, even with lack of tracking details, as DPD used to send a message on the day of expected deliver. It looks like now Kaplan uses Evri couriers who just left my materials in the shop next door without any notification. No information, no 'we left package at your neighbour' card. I just found out today when the shop employee asked if I knew who this package was for. Apparently it's been there for 4 days already! Given the high price of the materials I'd expect tracking link/delivery notification to be provided as a minimum to ensure that the customers can AT LEAST locate the order.
