I have ordered FM study and exam book on 7 Dec 25, which was returned due to error by the new carrier EVRi - meaning the parcel got stuck on LHR, where EVRi required a payment for duties and fees which had been paid already due to payment terms DDP. A replacement order was made on 22 Dec 25 after which the books had been returned due to the same reason at the beginning of January. Now a third order has been placed, the tracking status on EVRi website already states: payment required. Don’t know whether I will receive the books at all. My studies have to be delayed. This is soooo frustrating! Please Kaplan publishing, fix this issue with EVRi ASAP!!! The first two orders I made in 2025 went through without any issue at all. I am tired of tracking and following-up. Update 30.01.2026After 3 unsuccessful deliveries returned to Kaplan I asked Kaplan to use a different service provider such as DHL. Kaplan sent a 4th time using DHL and books finally arrived a week later. Thanks Kaplan for accepting a different mail service company to find a workaround the current issues. After all, one star for the issues with EVRi, five stars for the delivery through DHL, in total this is 3 stars.
