I waited over a month for my order, which never arrived. I contacted the support team multiple times regarding the delivery and the refund. I was informed that a refund couldn't be processed because the item was marked as dispatched. Additionally, the delivery was significantly delayed, communication was poor, and I had to put in a lot of effort to secure my refund. I do not recommend this service.
