I waited over a month for my order, which never arrived. I contacted the support team multiple times regarding the delivery and the refund. I was informed that a refund couldn't be processed because the item was marked as dispatched. Additionally, the delivery was significantly delayed, communication was poor, and I had to put in a lot of effort to secure my refund. I do not recommend this service.
Outstanding service and a fantastic product. In our initial delivery, we received an item that was chipped. However, a swift replacement was provided at no cost, without any hassle. The process was very efficient, and we are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new crockery.
The tea and coffee maker is of low quality with manufacturing issues. I’ve faced difficulties with returns and tracking. Despite a 10 business day deadline, I still haven't received anything after two months. Countless emails have led to no resolution. Extremely disappointing service.

Considering the price and the brand's reputation, I expected significantly better quality and consistency.
I have been waiting two weeks for my order. I completed the age verification at the time of ordering, but was later emailed to do it again, which I did. After dispatch, it was sent to the wrong address! I called to inquire about my parcel. While I understand this isn't the fault of the company, it’s been over a week and I’m still waiting for it to be resent!
