I purchased two scooters during a special deal. The first one arrived on time and in great shape, earning five stars from me. However, the second scooter faced delays due to a faulty part. After four weeks, I learned it was damaged in the warehouse and needed a new panel. After three more weeks of waiting, I was informed it required a new head unit. My inquiries revealed that replacement parts were available, raising questions about my order. The seller took a significant deposit without delivering the item as promised. Their eBay account seems suspended, and there are numerous negative reviews about delayed refunds. I’ve requested proof of the scooter’s existence multiple times without success. I'm sharing these facts to caution future customers: avoid paying more than a 10% deposit and use credit cards for protection. What began as five stars has sadly turned to one.
