Their eBay account seems suspended, and there are numerous negative reviews about delayed refunds. I’ve requested proof of the scooter’s existence multiple times without success. I'm sharing these facts to caution future customers: avoid paying more than a 10% deposit and use credit cards for protection. What began as five stars has sadly turned to one.
