I've never left a negative review before, but I feel compelled to warn others about this situation. The brand is well-known, and while their products are high-quality, the website experience is unacceptable. I ordered a coat for my daughter on November 23rd, expecting delivery between December 1st and 3rd. After receiving confirmation, I was shocked to get an email on November 28th stating my order was canceled. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative who offered to help me reorder, stating I would receive it by December 10th. I placed the order again, but on November 30th, I received another cancellation email. When I called again, I was told the size was out of stock. I checked the website on December 1st, and the coat was available again, so I ordered it once more—only to receive yet another cancellation email. Customer service has not responded to my complaints, and this feels like a well-orchestrated scam under a respected name.
