I had worst experience ever with Karl Lagerfeld. Bought an expensive swimsuit, Fedex delivery driver left the package in front of our frint door, literally in the middle of the road as we have no gates or driveway. When i got home later that day the parcel went missing. Contacted customer service, took a month to communicate with them and finally they said that the parcel was delivered safely and no refund is issued this time. Will not buy wver again from this brand. A V O I D !!!
Purchased a bag from the retailer. Despite minimal and infrequent use, the leather handles have completely deteriorated and frayed. This is the worst quality I have encountered. I have reached out multiple times to both the retailer and the support team, but have received no response or assistance. The warranty feels misleading.

On November 30, I got another cancellation email. When I called back, the same representative informed me that the size I ordered was out of stock. I was baffled as to why they were listing items that weren't available. After seeing the Medium size back on the website on December 1st, I ordered it again, only to receive yet another cancellation email. Customer service has not addressed my complaints, and my patience has worn thin. This feels like a poorly executed scheme disguised as a reputable brand.

I ordered a cute dress over a week ago and was excited to receive it, only to get an email saying it's on backorder.
