I ordered a cute dress over a week ago and was excited to receive it, only to get an email saying it's on backorder. When I called customer service for an update, they didn’t have any information, and I ended up having to cancel my entire order because I was already charged and didn’t want to be charged indefinitely. It’s frustrating because the dress still shows as in stock online, and the shirt I ordered is also backordered. I'm quite disappointed.
