The customer service experience has been terrible. My daughter ordered three items, but the socks were missing. Instead of simply issuing a refund or replacement, they required her to fill out a document to start an investigation. This is absurd; we could have been discussing missing trainers or gloves, but it was just socks. The process is ridiculous and frustrating.
