I've never left negative reviews before, but I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about potential deception and poor service. I ordered a coat online for my daughter on November 23rd, aiming for a surprise. The expected delivery date was perfect—December 1st-3rd. After receiving a confirmation email, I waited eagerly. However, on November 28th, I got an email saying, "Sorry, your order has been cancelled." Thinking it was a mistake, I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative who was sympathetic and offered to help me reorder the coat. I asked when I could expect it, and he said December 10th. It was cutting it close for an upcoming party, but I went ahead with the reorder, trusting his assurance. On November 30, I got another cancellation email. When I called back, the same representative informed me that the size I ordered was out of stock. I was baffled as to why they were listing items that weren't available. After seeing the Medium size back on the website on December 1st, I ordered it again, only to receive yet another cancellation email. Customer service has not addressed my complaints, and my patience has worn thin. This feels like a poorly executed scheme disguised as a reputable brand.
