I am very disappointed with the service received. My order was placed on November 20, and since November 26, it has been stuck in the tracking history with no updates. The support team is slow to respond and provides no clear information. I have been requesting a full refund for my items but have received no response. I will not order from this company again and will not leave this issue unresolved.
