I ordered three shirts and a cardigan but only received the shirts in two orders. The second delivery was incorrectly tagged as my cardigan. I emailed the same day and followed up a week later with no acknowledgment. I even called and was told to email. I'm very disappointed, as I hoped this would become a go-to brand for my clothing needs. Update: After two follow-ups, I was refunded for the missing item.
