Our experience with Karma Group in Bali (2nd of April 2026) was disappointing.
We attended a lengthy sales presentation (approximately 6–7 hours) where we felt significant pressure to make a decision on the spot. We signed a membership agreement and paid a deposit of AUD 8,000.
Within 24 hours, we contacted the company to cancel. We have not used any services, and the membership has not been activated. Despite this, our request for a refund was declined, and alternative membership options were offered instead.
We believe customers should be given adequate time to consider such significant financial decisions. We encourage others to carefully review all terms and seek independent advice before committing.
