So myself and my partner didn't really know what we were signing up for. We entered a prize in Hoi old quarter without knowing - as we thought we thought we were just participating in a tourism questionnaire. this led us into entering a free prize draw where we were told we would need to go to a hotel in the morning to pick up a prize. the three prizes that we could win were iPhone, 7 days accomodation across the world or 6 million VND so very enticing- however it is clear that the prize draw is set up to win the 7 nights accomodation). The vietemese girls were so lovely and so warm and had very good conversation skills - we genuinely had fun talking with them. However Steve was the staff member we were allocated once we got to this hotel in Hoi An. He appeared very friendly to start off with however he ended up being pushy, we felt like we couldn't get away and he was not wanting to read the room/our needs at all - he just wanted the sale/commission from the sale. We did tell him that we needed a breathe and have some fresh air a couple of times however it felt this was not heard or recieved. We were there nearly 3 hours in total before we could have 5 mins thinking time together about whether or not we wanted to pay for the Karma membership. Steve had spent nearly 3 hours persuading us on to purchasing the Karma membership. The Karma membership seems good in many ways however we felt pushed into it which really did put me off BIG TIME. He had only been in this job post for 4 months and if I'm being honest, needs to change his sales tactics if he wants to make more sales going forward. The thing that annoyed me most today - was that he was indirectly rude towards me when myself and my partner said that the membership was not for us but that we appreciate why it would be good for others - we were very nice about it despite both feeling irritated and overwlemed and wanting to escape. We had been there for 3 hours and wanted to go back to enjoy our limited stay in Hoi An. When myself and my partner eventually had some time to chat and discuss the membership by ourselves, my impression was that Steve was mad at me as he thought I was the one saying no to the membership. i didn't want to go ahead with the membership there and then. It was £1080 yearly membership for 25 years which is a lot to commit too on the spot - this was not appreciated. Steve didn't want to shake my hand or look me in the eye once we said no to the membership - I therefore didn't feel respected. I also felt he was a little disrespectful towards other female colleagues too.
We really appreciate the 7 night free accomodation and the meal voucher we received for attending today however we did not appreciate how pushed into their membership we felt and how trapped we felt. Steve had a bad attitude when we decided the membership wasnt for us which felt very unfair and did not make this experience worthwhile. I wish we had not given up our morning for this.
We entered into a Karma Holidays membership following a long winded sales presentation we attended in Bali. Our decision to join was based largely on representations made during that presentation.
At the time, we were shown what was described as a broad and extensive list of accommodation options at discounted rates, including numerous properties within Australia. This representation significantly influenced our decision to proceed. However, upon attempting to use the membership, we discovered that the number of available properties in Australia is limited to approximately four. This is materially different from what was presented during the sales process.
In addition, booking availability has been extremely limited. We have encountered significant difficulty securing dates, with minimal availability for up to two years in advance for the periods we have searched. A holiday membership that cannot reasonably be used within practical timeframes does not provide the value that was indicated at the point of sale.
We have also found that the standard of some accommodation options does not align with the impression created during the presentation, with certain properties appearing to be closer to a 3-star level or even hotel/ motel.
Overall, our experience has not been consistent with the representations made at the time of purchase. Based on our experience, I would point other people considering this membership to avoid at all costs.
The property is extremely peaceful, tucked away from the city. If you’re looking for peace, great food, and heartfelt hospitality in the middle of Jaisalmer’s beauty, this place is a gem. It is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and enjoy complete serenity and quiet. Experience at Karma group golden resort it was amazing. I don't have words that this property of Karma group has made our trip really the best one trip. I suggest everyone should go there if you want to plan in Jaisalmer just plan for Karma group golden resort.

The food was satisfying, delicious, and comforting every day.
Big thanks to the Karma group members.
I am very happy with our stay at Hathi Mahal,Cavelossim,Goa.Last year i was in a 1bhk villa below our room there was Jacuzzi.
This time we had renovated room bigger in size with kitchen.
They have lots of activities in the Resort indoor games, swimming pool, spa, gym,in house mart.
We are fractional owners, and just stayed at Karma Jimbaran, and have done for the past few years. I am sorry to say the property has not been revamped or renovated in a long time.. Our villa had broken chairs, broken umbrellas, mould was every where, and totally neglected. I feel Karma are more about sales than upkeeping the properties to a standard that is acceptable to the public. The managers are not concerned about the facility, just about selling to the visitors.. We will not be returning until some sort of maintenance is done to these properties..
As fractional owners we were hoping for high standard at the resort. The staff at the resort were excellent and looked after us very well. As vegetarians/vegan the menu was very short. Language was big barrier, but managed . There was lack of information . On arrival we were told the restaurant is across the road for breakfast. Overall we enjoyed and restaurant managed to cook some meals with help of mr Keng. I hope the food variety increase and standards of rooms improve.
My wife and I, both over 50, have just returned from an unforgettable holiday aboard a Nile cruise. Taking this trip was a lifelong aspiration, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we boarded, we were met with exceptional hospitality. All meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with unlimited tea and coffee, were of remarkable quality. As strict vegetarians adhering to specific dietary practices, we appreciated the chef's personal attention in preparing delicious meals that respected our requirements. This thoughtful approach meant a lot to us. Sailing on the Nile was incredibly serene—a true connection with nature. We were fortunate to share this experience with a wonderful group of fellow travelers who quickly felt like family. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, and the coordination of docking and sailing was executed flawlessly. What struck us the most was how the service provided such a luxurious, all-inclusive experience at an incredible value. At this stage in our lives, being able to travel just the two of us while feeling so cared for and connected was truly remarkable. This cruise is a must for anyone seeking spiritual tranquility, cultural richness, and exceptional value. Thank you for making our dream a wonderful reality.
I enjoyed six wonderful days at the resort in January. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. I experienced two excellent spa treatments with attentive and skilled staff. The dining options were incredible, offering a wide variety of choices. All the team members were helpful, professional, respectful, and quick to respond to any requests. I felt completely safe and would not hesitate to return alone. A big thank you to the entire team for giving me a much-deserved getaway.
Ideally situated in a tranquil part of the city, this property is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and meticulously cared for. The staff is extremely helpful and provides excellent planning suggestions. The food was delightful as well. From the rooftop, one can enjoy a stunning view of the city.
I had one of the most disappointing holiday experiences, and I strongly urge travelers to exercise extreme caution when considering this service. I was planning a brief 3–4 day family trip and saw an attractive offer. After reaching out for more information, I received a call from their team. Despite trying to book nearly two months ahead, I was informed that weekend bookings were unavailable and only weekdays were open. Reluctantly, I adjusted my plans for weekday travel. I chose a nearby resort to minimize travel time. The deal was ₹4,000 for 2 nights and 3 days (effectively just 1 full day, due to check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM) with complimentary breakfast. I made the payment and only received confirmation via WhatsApp from a personal number. I requested proper confirmation from the service or the resort. The contact number listed on their website was non-functional, and even after reaching out via email, I received no response. This lack of professionalism and communication was alarming. On check-in day, I finally got a call from the resort, and we made our way there. Unfortunately, the property was a major letdown: It failed to meet even basic hotel standards. Rooms were cramped with no space for luggage. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. No air conditioning, no TV, and no hot water. Limited activities and a very small swimming pool. Food options were restricted – you had to eat what was provided. Dinner was overpriced at ₹999 per person. Due to these issues, my family and I could not stay for more than one night. This is far from what anyone would expect from a reputable service. I lost my money, precious family time, and the enjoyment of a planned holiday. I never anticipated this service would partner with such poorly maintained properties. My advice to travelers:
Do not be swayed by attractive offers or brand names. Thoroughly verify the property and reviews before booking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. To the service:
Please respect your customers’ time, money, and trust. Avoid enticing people with offers only to place them in subpar accommodations. Even if customers try you once due to an offer, they are unlikely to return after such an experience.
