At first, I was convinced the company was a scam because I placed an order and was charged, but received no order confirmation or shipping details. The customer service line was frustrating, as it just kept ringing until it disconnected. After checking reviews, I was really worried about being scammed. However, my package did arrive before Christmas as promised. I rated them 4 stars because I was relieved to receive my order, but I still can't fully trust a company that lacks proper order and tracking numbers and has poor customer service. Just wanted to share that they do eventually ship your items.
