Review Time
At first, I was convinced the service was a scam after placing my order and not receiving an order number or shipping details. The customer support line was frustrating, as it only rang and then disconnected. I decided to check reviews and was quite worried I had been scammed. However, my package arrived before Christmas as promised, which was a relief. I rated them 4 stars for the timely delivery, but I still have concerns about the lack of order and tracking numbers, along with the subpar customer service. I wanted to share my experience to let others know that they do fulfill orders.

The customer service line was frustrating, as it just kept ringing until it disconnected. After checking reviews, I was really worried about being scammed. However, my package did arrive before Christmas as promised. I rated them 4 stars because I was relieved to receive my order, but I still can't fully trust a company that lacks proper order and tracking numbers and has poor customer service. Just wanted to share that they do eventually ship your items.
I ordered an item that was listed as in stock, but after three weeks, it was still processing. Customer service told me to allow 10 days for processing?! Finally, after contacting higher management, I was informed that the item was unavailable.
Despite the numerous bad reviews, particularly before 2019, I decided to take a chance on this company. They offered a clothing item I wanted at half the price of others online. Although I was nervous about the low price, I went ahead and purchased two items. Shipping took about five business days, and I was amazed to find the items were genuine and came in the original brand packaging. I got both items for less than I would have spent elsewhere. I will definitely buy again and recommend them to friends. 10/10, truly impressive.
The processing and shipping times have been the worst I've experienced. It's been nearly three weeks since I placed my order, and it just now showed as 'shipped.' By the time I receive my items, it will have taken almost a month. They charged my card immediately after I ordered. Customer service has also been unhelpful. I will not purchase from this company again.
