Really bad customer service. didn’t get greeted properly just glared at till we spoke. didn’t ask us what we wanted when ordering just stared until we spoke first again. Toilets were disgusting, almost slipped on the way out. Gone very down hill since it has been opened.
I visited the establishment today and can genuinely say that it has seen better days. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for one dessert. Why order together if they won't arrive simultaneously? Unfortunately, this will probably be my final visit.
We went out for dessert with our kids, but it turned into a letdown. We ordered a bubble tea with tapioca pearls, but received popping boba instead, which was a completely different texture and flavor. Additionally, the ice was poorly made, with large chunks stuck together. When we asked the owner for help, he offered little assistance, claiming it was how the ice came from the machine and that they were out of tapioca pearls. Upon requesting a refund, he suggested only a small amount, despite us paying much more. The staff were unfriendly, and the restaurant was messy, making it hard to find a clean table. Overall, a very disappointing outing. I cannot recommend this place.
Service was quite slow (though the server was pleasant, others were not). Orders were mixed up, and my meal arrived long after my sons had finished. The manager seemed uninterested in my concerns and even rolled her eyes when I pointed out the lack of toilet paper. It was not busy, so there was no real excuse for the service. Aside from one friendly staff member, the rest were unapproachable.
I visited during a particularly busy time and was impressed by how well the staff managed the situation. Despite some challenging customers, they remained helpful and provided great service. My sincere thanks to the three staff members who were working that shift.
