Never had a bad customer service experience with KastKing. I bought 2 Compass travel rods and both broke during my first trip using them. Turns out there was a manufacturer defect in the batch that was received (this was during COVID where problems like this were a lot more common). I reported it to KastKing and had 2 new rods only a few days later and didn't even have to ship back my broken ones. The new rods have been perfect ever since and I use them a lot. Top notch customer service! Sometimes their customer service emails end up in the spam folder because of Gmail's filters so I always check there first. Responses always come in 24-48 hours
