I’ve owned the suit for a year. The water bottle pump broke. Ordered a new one 7 weeks ago. Still has not shipped. Emailed customer support 3 weeks ago for ETA and got an auto-responder saying rhey are overwhelmed with support requests and would take a few days to respond. Never heard back. E-mailed again a week later and never heard back. Will be submitting a chargeback for the order since their customer service is MIA.
