As someone who is usually very patient and understanding of delays, I must express my frustration. I ordered a sword on November 30th, 2025, and all I've received are apologetic emails about delays. I've tried to be reasonable, but my patience is wearing thin. I've never encountered such a level of incompetence! It seems the company has little regard for its customers' concerns or finances. Interestingly, I had a very smooth experience with a previous order placed in October 2025, which arrived in just four days, leading me to make another purchase. That decision has turned out to be a huge mistake! Nearly two months have passed, and I still have no substantial updates. The only assistance I can find is from their social media manager, who is unable to provide any real help and just directs me to email their support. To the company: if you happen to read this, please take my advice seriously! You need to hire more customer service representatives who can empathize and address issues! Additionally, increasing your production staff is essential, and you should revise your average delivery time to at least a month. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that any of this will change, and I fear this company may not last much longer. It's just a matter of time before someone takes legal action due to the numerous customers who have not received their orders. I'm surprised there hasn't been an audit yet.
