This is a terrible company! I purchased my son a sword for Christmas and it never arrived. They continue to see me emails asking me to not give them bad reviews because the swords on the way they are liars they stole my money. I would not recommend purchasing anything for this company. They stole $300 for me.

This sword came in VERY awesome quality. My boyfriend (who I bought it for) loves to hold it sometimes and adore the style of it. The blade came pretty greasy but I’m gonna assume thats normal? It was an easy clean-off. Other than that, 10/10!! Only other complaint would be the time listing. I know I ordered at a pretty high trafficked day of year (black friday) But their advertising for shipping was a little misleading, I received this about 4 months after I ordered which isnt the worst in the world, but a proper heads up that can be communicated would make it easier for future buyers!

PURE 100% SCAM!! This company is a complete scam. They take your money and tell you it will be a short delivery and they have tons of stock and are selling out fast. Then after months of waiting they tell you your blade takes time to be hand crafted. They then tell you they are having shipping delays and issues. They string you along and beg you not to perform a chargeback or request a refund. They stop contacting you after a period of time when you can no longer request a refund. PURE 100% SCAM!!

I have reported this website due to non-responsiveness and failing to confirm orders following several weeks of placing the orders and paying. They are also creating shipping labels but delaying pickups by freight forwarders. Do not fall in their trap and there are much better vendors out there.

I wouldn't even give them a one star but I have to put something down. Do not buy from this site. No communication, empty promises and no product. They advertise saying we have an overshipment of Katanas that need to go if that was the case than why the backlog of people not getting their katanas. Do yourself a favor and just dont order from this site or you will be disappointed and have to dispute it with your bank.

I placed an order and more than two months later it still has not shipped. No tracking number, no estimated ship date, and no meaningful communication.

I contacted the company multiple times requesting either a shipping update or a refund and received no response. At this point, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company for merchandise not received.

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

As a patient person, I find this experience unacceptable

As someone who is usually very patient and understanding of delays, I must express my frustration. I ordered a sword on November 30th, 2025, and all I've received are apologetic emails about delays. I've tried to be reasonable, but my patience is wearing thin. I've never encountered such a level of incompetence! It seems the company has little regard for its customers' concerns or finances. Interestingly, I had a very smooth experience with a previous order placed in October 2025, which arrived in just four days, leading me to make another purchase. That decision has turned out to be a huge mistake! Nearly two months have passed, and I still have no substantial updates. The only assistance I can find is from their social media manager, who is unable to provide any real help and just directs me to email their support. To the company: if you happen to read this, please take my advice seriously! You need to hire more customer service representatives who can empathize and address issues! Additionally, increasing your production staff is essential, and you should revise your average delivery time to at least a month. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that any of this will change, and I fear this company may not last much longer. It's just a matter of time before someone takes legal action due to the numerous customers who have not received their orders. I'm surprised there hasn't been an audit yet.
