I’ve purchased four katanas from this company previously, which is why this experience is so disappointing.
My most recent order was around $300, and the package was shipped to the wrong address. Since discovering the issue, I have sent seven emails over the past week, trying to resolve it and have received absolutely no response.
As a returning customer who has supported this business multiple times, it’s honestly pretty lame to be completely ignored when there is clearly an issue with an order.
At this point I have no product, no refund, and zero communication. If this continues to go unresolved, my next steps will unfortunately have to include filing a chargeback with my bank and submitting formal complaints with consumer protection agencies.
I would still prefer to resolve this directly with the company, but the lack of any response after multiple attempts is extremely concerning.
