I ordered on the 13th of October 2024. I write this one month later, after having exchanged with their customer service several times.On the 25th of October, after sending them an email, my order was "missing a telephone number". I obliged within less than an hour. I then receive a notification that a parcel is on its way to me from China.On the 5th of November, after sending them an email that the parcel had apparently gone back to China, they inform me that `customs inspections have been very strict `. I therefore ask for a refund.Today, on the 14th of November, they finally write to me after I resent an email saying sorry and `We would like to assure you that we will issue your refund today.`Judging by the other reviews, I'm quite sure I won't receive my refund, but let's wait and see...Don't know if it's scam but from the lack of understanding of where they can send their product to the fact they "can't" refund immediately. This seems too fishy to not be a scam.
