It takes an eternity to dispatch orders (mine is still not dispatched after more than 10 days), and they do not respond to emails. Do not waste your money; it's an unreliable company.

Avoid these scammers!

Steer clear of these scammers! I ordered a product on December 5th for a Christmas gift, which was supposed to ship within 5 to 13 days. It never shipped. I reached out via email and their website for order information but received no replies. I even requested to cancel and refund my order, but again, no response. I had to contact a payment service for a refund, which I received quickly. Avoid at all costs! Very unprofessional. Notably, there are also no replies to any reviews on a review platform?! I wonder why?

Good product but some issues

The product is solid and arrived after 3 weeks, which is reasonable given the distance. The quality is quite satisfactory, and I'm happy with the katanas. However, the promised freebies never arrived. I've reached out to them about it and will update if they respond. Overall, I'd rate it 7/10.

Very frustrating experience

I placed an order on March 3rd, and as of April 15th, I still haven't received my item or a refund. I faced over a month of delays, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. After weeks of no updates, I learned that my order was on backorder. I offered to switch to another model but got no confirmation. Despite providing a U.S. shipping address to resolve the issue, my messages were ignored or met with vague replies like 'waiting for confirmation from management.' This company clearly doesn't value customer time or trust. I'm still waiting for either my item or a refund. I absolutely cannot recommend them; this has been the most disappointing online shopping experience I've ever had.

Impressed despite initial concerns

Initially, I was worried based on the reviews and the delivery delay, but the items exceeded my expectations. They were exactly as described, and I am very impressed.

Not worth it

It took nearly a month for my order to arrive. Tracking was a hassle, and I received no notifications or updates. The swords aren't even appealing. I ordered two similar items, and three out of four came scuffed. Both of the similar items looked different when they should have been identical. I'm quite dissatisfied, with only one item looking decent.

Surprisingly good quality

After reading various reviews, I was shocked by the quality of my products and impressed by the delivery time. They are much larger than I expected and each comes with its own stand and tassel, which I love. They arrived within 3 weeks, but I had to email the main contact for order updates instead of the other provided email. Overall, definitely worth the purchase, and I'm considering buying more.

I've been waiting five weeks and still haven't received two out of the three items from my order. I've emailed them twice with no response. Additionally, the one item I did receive was in poor packaging condition.
