It is really a scam guys, you can buy from it but no return, poor quality! I ordered to return the bag 30€ that i could find the exact same one on temu for 10€. When deciding to return, i had to contact the customer service, they sent me 2 long emails offering a discounts and options blah blah if i keep the item. this is bizarre because if i want to return then just let it be. After like 5-6 emails, they sent me a form in Dutch to fill in for returning and send it to China (their warehouse) MYSELF. Normally when you order an item from a shop and want to return it, there should be a code or guide of returning the item but this shop just gave me the address in China to return it! Worst shopping experience ever!!!
