The communication throughout the process was lacking. Although the items arrived in 11 days, I was dismayed to find that I paid $79.99 plus tax and shipping for these unattractive, poorly made boots. I'm truly disappointed, and good luck getting a refund—there's absolutely no communication.

To start, the communication was extremely poor. This company is a scam - stay away!

I placed an order on December 12 for a coat intended as a Christmas gift. The website claims delivery in 3-5 business days, yet here we are on January 7 with no delivery. I have no idea about my order's status. I don’t expect to receive this item. Avoid this scam of a company.

Ordered items on 12/20, but...

I ordered several items on December 20, expecting them to arrive in 3 days, yet they only arrived on January 7. I still haven't received the other item from the same order. The jacket I tried on is cheap and not as described, and it's two sizes too small! They expect you to return items in the same condition at your own expense. Some items were meant for Christmas, so that idea is out the window!

Avoid this seller completely.

Steer clear of this seller. I ordered boots that were not what was shown in the pictures. The quality is poor, and they are actually based in China, not Amsterdam as advertised. It's a classic bait and switch.

Regret not seeing these reviews earlier...
