When nothing else has stuck, this program will! Be warned though...you may just find yourself showing off your toned arms and ability to lift heavy objects! You might just start WANTING to walk to get your groceries (even with a 10 lb bag of potatoes on your back), TRYING activities you haven't done in over 30 years (I started waterskiing again in my 50s), SLEEPING better, and LOOKING FORWARD to workouts. Kathleen is not an influencer; she is a fitness instructor - knowledgeable, motivating, and engaging. She has a great team supporting her and the KGF community is wonderful. Women over 40...you will be surprised how much more energy you will gain, as well as mental clarity and joy. The best investment in myself I have made!
KGF has been a revelation for me since I embarked on my first challenge. As a busy mom, I often struggled to determine which workouts to do and when to fit them in, leading me to skip exercising altogether. Now, I simply need to get to my mat first thing in the morning, and the schedule is conveniently set up with a fresh workout ready to tackle! The instructor is incredibly supportive and offers plenty of guidance and modifications to assist everyone throughout the session. I can't recommend KGF highly enough.
As a silver member for over a year, I have thoroughly enjoyed this program. The class durations are just right, making it easier for me to remain consistent and dedicated. I also appreciate the variety of classes offered. The instructor is always so positive and full of energy!
The workout durations are manageable (around 30 minutes), featuring a solid variety of types (strength, barre, mobility, cardio, etc.). The instructor is excellent, offering various modifications (often shown in an inset box, which is useful to see both options). The props required to start are minimal, and the concept of time-limited “challenges” (like six weeks) effectively engages newcomers with a reasonable entry price and time commitment, while also providing variety and a sense of achievement for those who opt for a longer, ongoing membership (which is also affordably priced considering the quality and diversity of workouts). I completed two challenges and switched to a yearly membership midway through the second one because I had developed a habit and appreciated the instructor’s supportive approach and particularly the helpful cueing and technique advice she offers.
These classes are fantastic! They easily fit into your day with just 30 minutes at your convenience. The motivation to keep progressing is a significant advantage. I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of fitness level. The modifications provided make it simple to begin and inspire improvement!

This program offers a challenge from the comfort of your home. No time wasted traveling, and you can work out whenever it suits you. The instructor safely guides you through the class, encouraging you to work at your own pace while gently pushing you to step outside your comfort zone for progress. I’m now entering my third year with this program and feel stronger and more confident as I approach my 70s.
I have been a member for just over a year. What began as a tentative trial has turned into a commitment to work out five days a week for more than a year! I’ve never maintained such consistency in the past, and the workouts have completely transformed that. Motivating classes that are 30 minutes or less have made a significant difference! I can’t express enough how great this program is!
