I began the program on July 1 with the Summer Sweat Challenge. Now it’s December, and I haven’t missed a class. This is the first time I’ve ever adhered to a fitness program. I remember feeling sore after my first class! Climbing stairs was a challenge. But now, the classes feel different. I feel much stronger and no longer experience that mid-afternoon slump! As I approach 40 next year, I feel fortunate to have discovered this program and the instructor. I hope to remain strong and active for the next 40 years!
